Beauford

The stylish lines of the Beauford are derived from the stunning design of the Duesenberg , the large American sports tourer considered by many to be the most beautiful car to emerge from the art deco era of motoring. Of all the early American classics, it was the mightiest, the SJ Model having a 7 litre, straight eight supercharged engine, producing 300 bhp and propelling the car at over 120 mph despite its enormous size and weight.

It was the most elegant and exciting car of the late 1920s and early 1930s. Owners included crowned heads of Europe, multi-millionaires like Randolph Hearst and Howard Hughes and top film stars like Gary Cooper and Clark Gable. Although fewer than 500 were built, it is still considered to be the ultimate in North American classicism.

The 1930s Gatsby style interior emphasises the luxurious look and feel of this Classic style vehicle. Pleated with grey, our remarkable Italian Leather seats allow a relaxing and comfortable journey on your special day. The Natural Walnut trim surrounds the inside of this stylish wedding car and with plush burgundy carpets you are sure to be traveling in style.

The 6 cylinder, 2.4 Litre Petrol engine carries the Beauford with grace and with 130 brake horse power, you can be confident you’ll be there on time.

Another feature of these wedding cars is the unique roof design (Sedanca de Ville) which allows the Bride to travel with the roof open, giving the convertible feeling while still retaining some shelter as the portion of the roof above the Bride is rigid and remains permanently on.
