Vehicles:
All our vehicles are Licensed, taxed and fully Insured. Whilst we maintain all our cars to the highest standard, unfortunately on rare occurrences it may be necessary to substitute your chosen car. If in the event of this happening either before or during your hire we reserve the right to change the car. If we are unable to provide an alternative car a full refund will be offered.
En-Route Or Before The Day.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the cars booked are the colour and type agreed, Luxury Wedding Cars reserve the right to alter this order due to circumstances beyond their control.
The vehicles will be clean inside and out and decorated with ribbons. Chauffeurs are dressed in full period dress or suit and tie.
Passengers are required to wear seatbelts where fitted. We cannot carry children under 4 years of age. For children 4-9 years of age booster seats must be supplied and fitted by an accompanying adult.
All passengers are requested to make sure that all belongings are taken out of the cars. Valuable should not to left in the vehicles during the ceremony. Luxury Wedding Cars will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
Booking fee:
A minimum booking fee of €100 (Euro) is required per car upon booking; no car or date is reserved without a booking fee. All booking fees are non refundable.
A 50% deposit must be received by December if booked in the year previous to the actual wedding date.
Rates:
The rate charged is for the journey agreed at the time of booking. Any additional trips will be charged accordingly and must be advised prior to the date of the wedding.
Balance:
Balances must be paid 1 month prior to wedding date. Payment methods include cash, cheque, credit card or bank draft.
What is Included:
All 1930s Classic Beauford cars come with a complimentary bottle of champagne.
If one car is booked we will provide one collection from the address specified for the Bride. The same car may provide an additional collection for Bridesmaids only if distance and time allows, this must be agreed in advance. If the Groom is to be collected a second car must be booked and we will provide one collection from the address specified for the Groom. The car, which collects the Groom, may also collect the Bridesmaids separately if the church and the Bridesmaids collection address are within a reasonable distance, this must be agreed in advance. Full details of collection addresses, ceremony and reception locations must be made known at the time of booking. A stop for photographs is included on the way from the ceremony to the reception.
We must be notified of the location in advance. Our service ends when the car(s) arrive at the Reception venue and all passengers leave the car(s). Period Dress is provided with our Vintage Style Cars when available, as a no cost optional extra.
Change of date:
If you change the date of your wedding you must notify us by telephone, email or in writing. In the event of the hirer changing the date of a booking we will transfer the booking fee to the new date provided we have a car available. However, if the new date is unavailable the booking deposit will be forfeited.
Other changes:
If you change any other details of your wedding e.g. collection address, church or hotel, you must notify us by telephone, email or in writing. Extra charges may be incurred if the car(s) are required for a longer journey or time than originally booked.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Luxury Wedding Cars. All cancellations incur a charge (minimum amount is the initial booking fee). Should you cancel your booking within 3 months of the wedding date the balance will be due in FULL.
Photos:
Consideration should be taken to the size and vintage of our vehicles when planning your journey. If your route involves using very narrow roads in poor condition, for example access to photo venues, please discuss this with us prior to the day.
Damage:
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicles by themselves and or guests and will be responsible for the cost involved, in replacement or repair, at the most reasonable cost available, and with as little inconvenience to both parties.
A minimum charge of €100 will be charged to cover valeting costs should soiling be caused by any passenger through drink, food or illness. Smoking and consumption of food is strictly forbidden in all vehicles.
Charges:
There is a €2.00 charge on all credit card booking. There is no charge for laser card bookings..
